Second, because we own our own facility we have the power to control the process from start to finish which allows us to completely separate clean and dirty linens throughout every step so that we never risk cross contamination. And finally, using our machines means that we don’t have to use your in-unit appliances which reduces wear and tear and extends the life of your washer and dryer.

Many cleaning companies employ contract or third party cleaners and therefore have no control over what cleaning supplies they use in your condo. Because all of our cleaners are full-time employees who work out of our operations center, Clean Condo has the power to control exactly what cleaning supplies and chemicals are utilized in your condo. We follow the strictest EPA guidelines on which cleaning supplies are recommended for complete disinfection and safety.

There are 11,000 condos available for vacation rentals on the Alabama Gulf Coast. This means that on any given day, there are 3000- 4000 cleaners working. Many of them are independent contractors, private individuals or students. Many of them are not on a legitimate payroll and are not covered by appropriate insurances. That means that if something were to happen when they are inside your unit, you could potentially be liable. At Clean Condo, every cleaner, inspector, and maintenance professional is a full-time, W-2 employee covered by our general liability and workers comp insurance policies. We also provide background checks and we require training for each of the cleaners on our team.
